F A Q’s (Frequently Asked Questions)
What is Mad Science? We conduct educational, entertaining and hands-on science activities for elementary age children in schools, summer camps, community centers, and other organizations throughout Utah. Our approach is simple. We use exciting activities and spectacular demonstrations to capture the attention and imagination of children. Our goal is to spark the curiosity of children and instill a clear understanding of what science is really about and how it affects the world around them. Mad Science of Salt Lake is individually owned/operated and is part of The Mad Science Group, an international company that has been turning children onto science since 1985. Our programs are educational and FUN! We supply all of the materials and equipment used in the course and the children get to take home a nice variety of projects that they have completed.
